Adoption and providing a home for life

You are thinking about adoption but did you know there is another way you can provide a home for life for a child?

The Department for Child Protection and Family Support is actively seeking couples and families to provide a home for life for a foster child. There are many children in the care of the Department who are unable to return to their own families and need loving, stable, long term care with another family.

When you attend an adoptions information session, we will talk to you more about providing a home for life for a foster child. If you would like to find out more now, click on the "A home for life" link below.
