Foster Carer Partnership Agreement

The Foster Carer Partnership Agreement highlights the key role of carers as members of the child’s care team in providing nurturing, healing care for foster children. The agreement outlines the roles and responsibilities of foster carers as well as that of the Department. Specific partnership policies and procedures around the carers role in decision making, provision of information and support back up this ethic partnership in working together to achieve the mutual goal of a successful placement.
