WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE DO IT
The Learning and Development Centre (LDC) is instrumental in driving the fourth strategic priority for the Department for Child Protection; “Building the learning and performance culture across the Department”.
We offer learning and development programs to Department for Child Protection and Department for Communities staff, non-government community organisations funded and endorsed by the Department for Child Protection, and the Department's foster carers.
As a Registered Training Organisation, LDC can issue nationally recognised qualifications.
To deliver learning and development programs we use face-to-face, online, flexible and work-based learning methods. Individuals can be provided with learning and development pathways to suit their personal needs.
